I am committed to supporting my constituents in a timely and professional manner. Urgent casework will be prioritised, and I aim to respond within 1-2 weeks wherever possible. Non-urgent correspondence, including those about Westminster issues, may take longer to receive a reply.

I do not expect my staff to tolerate abusive or aggressive behaviour under any circumstances. If such behaviour occurs, I reserve the right to end communication. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
